About Branch County Court Docket

Branch County court information is held by several court units, each with its own records role. The County Clerk serves as Circuit Clerk, 3-A District Court maintains its own records operation, and Probate and juvenile requests have separate registers. MiCOURT offers a statewide public search layer, while the court of record remains responsible for the official file. This private reference resource helps readers identify that proper route before they call, visit, or submit a request.

Why We Built This Site

Michigan court access can be difficult to route because one Branch County courthouse contains Circuit, District, Probate, and Family Division functions without combining their custodians. A register of actions is the court’s chronological case history, not automatically every document in the case file. MiCOURT can help locate a public case history, but a Circuit copy still comes from the County Clerk/Circuit Clerk and a District matter still belongs with 3-A District Court. The purpose here is to point readers to those official routes using county-specific court, clerk, calendar, and record-request information.

What You Will Find Here

  • Court dates and settings: how to read the court calendar and confirm a hearing date or setting

  • Record requests: how court records and certified copies are requested from the clerk of court

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site. It has no connection to a Michigan court, clerk, or government agency. Important limits apply:

  • We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
  • We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
  • We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now

Only the clerk or court that maintains the record can issue an official or certified copy. The County Clerk/Circuit Clerk, 3-A District Court, and the Probate or Juvenile registers have separate Branch County roles.

Search Partners

Some pages include a search box provided by an outside company. That company controls its own service, pricing, and data practices. A referral fee may be earned when an outside service leads to a paid signup. Those tools do not replace MiCOURT, a Branch County court calendar, or a clerk-held official record.
